“The wellness and sports facility was connected via an indoor walkway and offered a fine array of amenities, including a huge swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. Everything was pristine and great, made even better by the thematic sauna experiences they provided. My stay at Wellness Hotel Step was quite a mixed bag. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the extensive breakfast options, but the hotel's location was less than ideal for exploring Prague. While the wellness facilities were nice, I was disappointed with the limited access and the overall cleanliness standards in some areas. Overall, it was a decent stay, though it could use some improvements.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Wellness Hotel Step. The staff were generally friendly and super helpful, especially at breakfast, which was fantastic and a highlight of my mornings. However, the room cleanliness was something to be desired, as I noticed they didn't change the bed sheets or towels during my stay. The noise from the trains nearby also made it tough to sleep at times.

During my stay at Wellness Hotel Step, I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options and a lovely relaxing wellness area, though there were significant issues with room cleanliness and soundproofing.
